Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take up the role of Software Architect. The key member of our organization will be responsible for designing, documenting, and visualizing software architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating understanding between business stakeholders and developers.
  • To consult, coach, and mentor development teams and business stakeholders on software architecture and design principles.
  • To lead the pre-sale team in meetings with clients, translating client business requirements into an architecture vision, and estimating project scope and timeline.
  • To elicit detailed project requirements with business analysts, participate in workshops and kick-off meetings, decompose and estimate project scope of work, validate product backlog and acceptance criteria, and select the right people for the project team.
  • To communicate the architecture to business stakeholders and development teams, handle technical change management, groom product scope with the team, control infrastructure costs, and monitor technical debt.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of software architect experience.
  • Proficiency in software architecture patterns (SOA vs Microservices, Event-Driven etc).
  • Ability to design high-load systems.
  • Familiarity with architecture documentation and visualization tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent business and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to travel abroad.
  • Thinking out of the box and leadership abilities.
