About the Role

As a skilled Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Object-Oriented Software Solutions: Develop user interfaces and back-end systems using Flutter and Xamarin, ensuring seamless integration and resolving complex technical problems.
  2. Conduct Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply expert-level knowledge of modern mobile and server coding practices.
  3. Maintain In-Depth Knowledge: Stay current with multiple platforms including iOS, Android, Web, and API services.
Requirements
  1. Strong Understanding: Application design and debugging skills are essential for this role.
  2. Excellent English Language Skills: Effective communication is crucial for success in this position.
  3. Object-Oriented Programming Skills: Proficiency in any programming language is required.

To qualify for this position, you should possess a strong academic background in fields like Math, Physics, IT, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. A degree-educated candidate with a postgraduate degree or undergraduate degree in a relevant subject would be ideal.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions or other roles where you've developed the required skills is necessary. Additionally, experience managing development teams and leading complex software projects is highly desirable.
