Key Accountabilities
  1. Oversee the efficient processing of office tasks
  2. Create and review visa applications meticulously
  3. Coordinate client documentation for Australian Immigration processes
  4. Provide regular updates to clients on their inquiries
  5. Develop strong relationships with clients
  6. Respond to emails and other communications professionally
  7. Welcomingly meet and greet clients upon arrival
  8. Offer expert guidance and support to clients
  9. Perform administrative duties, including form completion and filing
Skill Requirements
  1. Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate leadership skills
  2. Confidence, motivation, and perseverance in task completion
  3. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  4. Proficiency in using the internet and online research tools
  5. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  6. Familiarity with computer software applications
  7. Understanding of customer service principles and practices
  8. Professional appearance and demeanor
  9. Effective telephone etiquette
  10. Stress tolerance in a fast-paced environment
