Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Professional to spearhead our web development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing deals for website and mobile app development projects through various channels.

The selected individual will utilize their exceptional communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring seamless collaboration between the sales and technical teams.

  • Generate leads and close deals for website and mobile app development projects.
  • Utilize lead generation platforms, such as Upwork and LinkedIn, to acquire new clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of professional contacts to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to craft compelling proposals and pitch solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT sales or business development. A strong understanding of web and mobile app technologies is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • A proven track record of success in lead generation and sales.
  • Strong familiarity with lead generation platforms, including Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile app technologies.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets.
What We Offer:
