Job Summary
Sourcing and Sales Expertise- We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sourcing and Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical business development, sourcing, or institutional sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching multinational pharmaceutical companies, onboarding new principals, and maintaining long-term relationships.
They will also register Shelf Pharma as a vendor with hospitals, institutions, and large distributors in Karachi, ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
The selected individual will develop strategies to expand the sourcing and selling base, build industry networks, and track competitor activities.
Additional responsibilities include working with finance on contract terms and pricing, coordinating with supply chain/logistics for smooth operations, and collaborating with compliance/regulatory teams for approvals and legal requirements.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years' experience in pharmaceutical business development, sourcing, or institutional sales
- Strong network within pharmaceutical and healthcare sector in Karachi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage both sourcing and sales pipelines simultaneously
- Knowledge of compliance and vendor registration processes with healthcare institutions
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9am - 5pm)
