Business Unit Leader

Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our juice business. As Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective strategy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Channel Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve market share.
  2. Lead National Team: Lead and manage a national-level team to achieve sales targets.
  3. Assess Performance: Analytically assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Engage Stakeholders: Travel extensively throughout the country to engage with stakeholders and partners.
  5. Monitor Operations: Utilize ERP systems to monitor and control business operations.
Requirements:
  1. MBA in Sales and Marketing: MBA in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience.
  2. Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a strong background in management and leadership.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
