Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to fill a dynamic role that bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM system configuration, implementation, and customization as well as excellent communication skills and business acumen.

About the Role

This position involves serving as a techno-functional expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects providing consultation, implementation, customization, integration, and support services.

The successful candidate will design and configure business workflows, process automation, and data integrations using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Sales modules. They will also develop and maintain reusable components, plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF controls, custom connectors, and SSRS/Power BI reports.

In addition, this role requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

The individual will be responsible for leading testing and deployment processes ensuring solution scalability, performance, and security across environments.

They will provide leadership in application lifecycle management, support change management, and mentor junior consultants and developers.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth integration with third-party tools, e-procurement systems, SharePoint, Azure services, and external APIs.

Supporting CRM administration, user training, documentation, and version upgrades is also a key responsibility.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
  • C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework
  • SQL Server, SSRS, Web APIs, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS
  • Azure Cloud, Solution Architecture, Dependency Injection, Design Patterns
  • Business Acumen:
  • Proven experience in developing custom CRM components and integrations
  • Strong functional knowledge of Sales Lifecycle, Field Service, Customer Engagement, Business Process Flows, and CRM Configuration & Administration
  • Proficient in Requirement Analysis, Project Management, and working within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Demonstrated experience with user experience design and unified interface development
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution
  • Experience leading teams, managing projects, and engaging with stakeholders at various levels
