Climate Solutions Expert

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Climate Solutions Expert. This exciting opportunity involves commissioning, repairing, and maintaining chillers and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

About the Role:
  1. Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues with various chiller models, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
  2. Perform regular Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks as per SOP, ensuring all equipment is functioning within acceptable parameters.
  3. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures and report findings to the Quality Team and Field Force Leaders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  5. Meet or exceed customer service expectations, providing prompt and effective resolution to all complaints and concerns.
  6. Develop new business leads through proactive engagement with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  7. Deliver high-quality job execution and efficient service task completion, meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
  8. Submit daily reports to the office and Area Service Manager, providing detailed information on completed tasks and any challenges encountered.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expertly commission and service chillers and HVAC systems, utilizing advanced technical knowledge and skills.
  2. Detect and resolve complex issues with various chiller models, adhering to company guidelines and industry standards.
  3. Perform regular maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment is functioning within acceptable parameters.
  4. Conduct thorough root cause analysis for failures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Ensure strict adherence to safety and vehicle audit requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  6. Generate new business leads through proactive engagement with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  7. Achieve high-quality job execution and efficient service task completion, meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have prior operational experience in similar roles and possess excellent communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
