We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Climate Solutions Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our clients' climate systems.

Your primary focus will be on commissioning and maintaining chillers and HVAC systems to meet quality and safety standards. This includes attending to complaints related to these systems, performing timely preventive maintenance, and conducting root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for handling all customer service requirements, including generating leads and ensuring quality job execution. Additionally, you will provide daily reports to stakeholders and share service reports with parts requirements to facilitate efficient logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Repair and maintenance of all types of HVAC equipment to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Effective communication and follow-ups with customers to meet their needs and expectations.
  4. Team management and coordination to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource allocation.
  5. Regular safety audits and site visits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaboration with the Service Coordinator to manage parts requirements and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Practical hands-on experience with chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.
  • Operational experience with MS Office, Internet, Mail, etc.
