About This Role:">

We are seeking a skilled professional to train, coach, and supervise technical teams on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and mentor teams on site preparation, survey data verification, and material delivery.
  • Address training gaps through theoretical and practical sessions.
  • Oversee installations ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
  • Support back-office and on-site commissioning activities.
  • Manage customer site acceptance and provide ongoing support to technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Transmission technology.
  • Knowledge of radio systems, antennas, and configurations.
  • Radio experience: RBS 6000 installation, script loading, alarm clearance, and fault finding.
  • RF skills: installation, testing, and fault finding.
  • Civil and site survey knowledge.
  • Basic software commissioning experience.
  • EHS certifications: Risk Assessment, Medical Fitness, Working at Height, First Aid, Firefighting (if applicable).
  • Bachelor's degree or Technical Trade Certification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–10 years' experience in GSM field installation, integration, and troubleshooting.
