Job Description

Xad Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Project Core Team and the management.
  • Maintaining and updating company databases.
  • Record-keeping in Excel as well as in physical form, controlling and auditing communication of both incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Main Accountabilities

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide a team. You will be responsible for:

  • Producing a project governance matrix that will detail the regular meetings and reviews that the Project Core Team is responsible for or involved in.
  • Organizing meetings, both external and internal, arranging travel, and organizing all office requirements for the Project Core Team.
  • Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
