Key Responsibilities: As an Administrator/Accountant at Festel Laboratories, you will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining company records, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Your duties will include:

  2. Maintaining accurate and organized company records, regulatory documents, and SOPs.
  3. Collaborating with departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  4. Supporting procurement, vendor management, and inventory record-keeping processes.
  5. Ensuring timely submission of reports, regulatory filings, and audits.
  6. Monitoring administrative expenses and handling petty cash as required.
  7. Liaising with government and regulatory bodies for licensing, compliance, and inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain accurate accounts and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with office and administrative procedures.
  • Comfortable using computers and office equipment.
