Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Utilize market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales goals and strategies.
  • Evaluate and prioritize leads, qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on resource allocation.
  • Work closely with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and optimize sales performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and innovation.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes.
  • Ability to speak fluently in multiple languages, with a preference for proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and analytics tools, with the ability to track and optimize sales performance.
