AI Model Developer

We are seeking an AI Model Developer to join our team of data scientists and engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI models that drive business results.

In this role, you will work closely with our data engineering team to build efficient ETL architectures and collaborate with stakeholders to provide powerful data insights. You will research and develop AI models to solve unique customer challenges and enhance datasets. Additionally, you will build AI models from the ground up and help product managers and stakeholders truly understand their power and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking the lead in customer data meetings and suggesting innovative ways to improve data insights.
  • Collaborating with the Data Engineering Team to create powerful ETL architecture.
  • Researching and developing AI models to solve unique customer challenges and enhance datasets.
  • Building AI models from the ground up and helping product managers and stakeholders truly understand their power and results.
  • Deploying models and interfaces that deliver real value to external customers.
  • Being a mentor and training data teams and analysts on AI modeling capabilities and how to drive value through data-driven KPIs for various industries.


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of hands-on programming experience, particularly with enterprise products.
  • Mastery of multiple programming languages and a strong foundation in statistical platforms like Python, R, or MatLab.
  • Experience in building robust datasets and creating AI models that make a real difference.
  • Quick learner who takes initiative, loves leading the charge, and thrives in the world of data.
