About the Senior Account Executive Role

This position involves working with our largest revenue stream: SMB customers. We seek professionals with a proven track record of success, international exposure to US-customers, and a willingness to learn and improve continuously.

A successful Senior Account Executive is coachable, receptive to feedback, and possesses strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Understand client pain points and align those needs with our solution.
  • Demonstrate our software and solutions to fleet managers or strategic customers.
  • Partner with account teams to support and grow customers.
  • Resolve problems by identifying issues, thinking critically, and implementing best available solutions.
  • Effectively plan to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution, preferably in the US, UK, or Canada, and/or extensive experience working with B2B customers in these regions.
  • Proven track record of success with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong ownership attitude and leadership experience.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
