Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our project initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate client needs with organizational goals, coordinating cross-functional teams throughout all project phases.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and provide detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate with team members to facilitate problem-solving, encourage collaboration, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze project economics and provide actionable feedback regarding cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Review proposed modifications to project plans, involving stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Oversee the analysis, design, and development of mobile and web application projects.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality project delivery within allocated timelines.
  • Lead and manage a team of software developers, SQAs, and designers.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and customer needs through direct communication and ongoing research.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8-12 years of software development experience, with 3-4 years in a project/development management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing Agile frameworks.
  • Understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical talent.
  • Offshore software development experience.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
