Project Manager - Software PMO

This is a high-profile role in software project management, requiring an individual with exceptional leadership skills and experience in all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to closure, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Lead requirement gathering, define scopes, allocate resources, and establish schedules to meet or exceed project demands.
  • Attend/Conduct client meetings to determine project requirements and communicate relevant project information to stakeholders.
  • Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all team members, effectively tracking progress and quality of work.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor plans, work hours, and schedules, ensuring clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of core project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with certification in Agile/PMI preferred.
  • Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone and resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a focus on planning and implementation.
  • Achieve high results in high-pressure environments, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Collaboration & Documentation Tools (Confluence), and Project Management Software (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
  • Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI, CSPO) is a plus.
