Job Overview:

Our organization seeks a skilled Software Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our software development and Dynamics 365 projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, resources, and risks. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, set priorities, and provide necessary resources for team members to meet project goals. Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and leadership. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address challenges.
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to prevent project delays or failures. Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, track expenses, and report variances to leadership and clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, communicating clearly, delivering value, managing expectations, and fostering long-term trust and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in Software Project Management in a client-facing role with a successful track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 and software development processes and methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
