CNC Manufacturing Leader

Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the in-shaft production function in a CNC shop.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage production targets, both in terms of quantity and quality.

They will also provide technical support to operators as needed, while offering assistance for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Required.
• 6-8 Years of Experience with Programming and Operating Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazak Controls.
• Familiarity with CNC Lathes, VMCs, HMCs, and Specified Control Systems.
• Knowledge of Cutting Tools, Including Boring Bars, Turning Tools, and Inserts.
• Proven Ability to Manage a Team of 10 Members.
• Basic Computer Skills in Excel and Windows.
