Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer to contribute to the design of seamless and engaging digital experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and a strong eye for visual composition.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate user requirements and business goals into effective design solutions.
  2. Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  3. Collaborate with product teams and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  4. Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
  5. Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
  6. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights and data.
  7. Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and asset libraries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, wireframes, UI design, and final outcomes.
  • Experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
