Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support Specialist: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Liaison with Overseas Offices: Coordinate with UAE and UK offices for import department/warehouse operations.
  3. Import Documentation Specialist: Prepare documentation for international shipments from suppliers.
  4. Telemarketing Expert: Conduct daily intensive telemarketing calls to drive sales growth.
  5. Call Activity Manager: Prepare call activity reports and call action plans to optimize sales performance.
  6. Office Administrator: Manage day-to-day office tasks, ensuring seamless operation.
  7. Sales Development Representative: Identify new potential customers, establish new trading accounts, and generate new sales leads daily.
  8. Order Processing Specialist: Process incoming orders via email or fax, follow up on deliveries and payments.
  9. Proactive Sales Professional: Utilize telemarketing skills to drive sales growth, build and maintain the customer database.
  10. Market Research Liaison: Collaborate with Manager to conduct market research for selected segments and engage with new customers.
  11. Marketing Communications Specialist: Prepare mail shots to launch products, product introductions, and email marketing campaigns.
