UX Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences, which is crucial for our success and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology; therefore, they must possess an excellent aesthetic sense and creativity.

  1. An ideal candidate should plan and implement new designs that are intuitive and engaging.
  2. The candidate will test and refine these designs to ensure they meet our high standards.
  3. They will combine creativity with an awareness of design elements to create visually appealing prototypes.
  4. The UX Design Specialist will conduct ongoing user research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  5. They will study design briefs and determine requirements to conceptualize visuals based on these specifications.
  6. The candidate will work closely with UI engineers and developers to communicate their ideas and visions.
  7. They will prepare detailed wireframes for ideas and translate approved ideas into high-definition design drafts.
  8. The UX Design Specialist will test graphics across various media to ensure they are visually appealing and on-brand.
  9. They will maintain a clear focus on workload and projects in the pipeline as assigned by the project manager.
Requirements:
  1. Experience as an UX Designer or similar role.
  2. Excellent aesthetic sense and creativity.
  3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design or visual arts.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to discuss and explain design options effectively.
  6. Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  7. Customer-centered with knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
Specifications:
  1. Same as above, emphasizing planning, testing, creating prototypes, conducting research, studying briefs, conceptualizing visuals, collaborating with engineers/developers, preparing wireframes, testing graphics, and managing workload.
