Marketing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and efficient Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, maintaining client requirements, and preparing marketing materials. They will also communicate clearly and effectively with international clients and partners, and research new market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

This is an entry-level position that offers growth opportunities within the company. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager and will be based in commutable distance to New Karachi Town, Sindh, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Supplier Coordination:
    • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations for raw materials and finished products.
  • Order Management:
    • Maintain strong follow-up on client requirements and keep records updated.
  • Marketing Materials:
    • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Communication and Research:
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients and partners.
    • Research and identify new market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Team Support:
    • Support the Marketing and Business Development Manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Ensure all communication reflects the company's professionalism and brand values.

Requirements:
  • Languages:
    • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or international trade is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Location:
    • Must be located in commutable distance to New Karachi Town, Sindh, Pakistan.
