Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Supervise product managers to ensure timely order execution and accurate updates.
  • Customer Coordination: Verify customer requirements and coordinate approvals for raw materials and packaging.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor order status, highlight deviations, and ensure timely sample dispatch.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure finished fabric delivery to Stitching is on schedule.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers on approvals and updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any product development or delivery issues to management.
