Job Title: Data Analyst - Karachi

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Karachi. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

  1. Understand project objectives, identify research questions, and propose methodologies to meet those objectives.
  2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis across various subjects.
  3. Support systematic literature review processes and effectively summarize findings.
  4. Identify published data and reports from reliable sources to support project analyses.
  5. Perform basic quantitative analyses using tools like Excel and Stata.
  6. Develop primary data collection instruments and pre-plan analytic methods for data collection design.
  7. Apply strategic thinking to projects to formulate preliminary findings and recommendations.
  8. Draft or revise sections of donor reports and coordinate team input.
  9. Support the development of visually appealing PowerPoint slide decks from data and findings.
  10. Draft correspondence for projects, including meeting agendas, minutes, and notes from technical reviews.
  11. Represent us externally at meetings and events with partners, donors, or stakeholders as needed.
  12. Assist with project administrative tasks and ensure team efficiency.
  13. Support best practices in document and file organization for the team.
