Network Technician Position

Teresol Pvt. Ltd is looking for a highly skilled MIS/Network Technician to join our technical team. A strong background in networking and IT support with hands-on experience in system management and troubleshooting is required.

We are seeking a professional who has a strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity, proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, and experience with Windows/Linux environments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data protection.
  • Assist with MIS (Management Information System) operations and reporting.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and installations.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with IP addressing, cabling, and basic server configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Computer, Information Technology, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in networking, system support, and hardware troubleshooting.
