Job Position: Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assume the role of a Project Support Specialist. This position involves providing administrative assistance to the Project Director in coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Project Director in planning and implementing projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Project Director and internal teams for task delegation, tracking, and follow-ups.

  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for review.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in office software and project/task management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
