Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the maintenance of desktop computers and other information technology systems. Day-to-day tasks include delivering help desk support, addressing technical concerns, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The role requires proactive problem-solving skills and effective communication with team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
  • Ability to provide effective Help Desk Support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
