Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to oversee and ensure the accuracy of payroll processes, supervise disbursements of salaries, lead audits of financial statements, and provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.


Key Responsibilities:">
  • Payroll Management: Ensure the accuracy of payroll processes, approve calculations after relevant verifications, and reconcile payroll data.
  • Disbursement and Banking Partners: Supervise disbursements of salaries and manage relationships with banking partners as an approver.
  • Financial Statement Audits: Lead audits of financial statements, sales, and operational expenses.
  • Audit Report Verification: Verify the audit report prepared by the team for final review and approval by management.
  • Cost Analysis and Pricing Strategies: Lead cost analysis and pricing strategies for high-value tenders with a target to achieve maximum scores from authorities.
  • Resource Allocation and Inventory Management: Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient inventory management processes.
  • Management Information Reports: Review and finalize management information reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Monthly Submissions and Compliance: Supervise and review monthly submissions, ensuring compliance with UK office requirements.
  • Team Training and Development: Provide training to team members to act as backups for critical responsibilities.
  • Payroll Process Mentorship: Supervise and mentor team members on payroll processes and resolve escalated issues.
