Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team and promote our high-quality putty products to end consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the paint and construction industry and be able to effectively communicate with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, contractors, and retail outlets to drive direct sales of HD Putty.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet consumers, contractors, and dealers to understand their needs and offer product solutions.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, troubleshooting, and consultations to ensure customer satisfaction with the product.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a strong understanding of paint, putty, and construction products.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in D2C sales, fieldwork, or sales within the paint, construction, or related industries.
  • A strong understanding of paint, putty, and construction products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive direct-to-consumer sales and hit targets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
