Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to support the design, planning, and execution of training programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience in adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company-wide training programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support the management of onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs, utilizing Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Monitor training outcomes and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI, contributing to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content.
  • Promote a culture of learning and career development across departments, working closely with the L&D Manager and department heads.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong background in learning and development, with knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
