Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Security Supervisor to lead our security team and oversee the implementation of effective security protocols at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and hotel premises.

About the Position
  • This is a senior-level position requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize risk and promote a safe working environment.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective security strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize risk and promote a safe working environment.
  2. Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, identifying potential security risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  3. Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and compile reports to facilitate incident response and resolution.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns, resolve issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, investigations, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., criminology, law enforcement, security management).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or security setting.
  • Valid PLRD Security Licence and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
