Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and hotel premises.

About the Role
  • This is a supervisory position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of security officers, overseeing daily security operations, and implementing security protocols to prevent and respond to incidents.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and coaching to enhance their performance and skills.
  2. Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, identifying potential security risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  3. Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and compile reports to facilitate incident response and resolution.
  4. Develop and implement effective security strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize risk and promote a safe working environment.
  5. Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, investigations, and training sessions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns, resolve issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., criminology, law enforcement, security management).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or security setting.
  • Valid PLRD Security Licence and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
