Chief Digital Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our inaugural Chief Digital Information Officer. This key role will drive digital transformation across our institution, enhancing patient care, academic excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, aligning with our institutional goals and objectives;
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other critical information systems, ensuring seamless integration and benefit realization;
  • Foster a culture of innovation by embracing emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, data science, telemedicine/virtual care, cloud computing, and cybersecurity;
  • Drive data governance, privacy, and security frameworks, safeguarding sensitive information while promoting accessibility and usability for stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with academic, clinical, and administrative leaders to ensure digital strategies support operational and strategic priorities;
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing IT and digital team, promoting continuous learning and adaptation to emerging trends;
  • BUILD strong relationships with local and international partners, leveraging best practices to enhance our institution's impact and reputation globally.
