Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key player in implementing digital transformation initiatives, you will be responsible for leading functional activities, managing business stakeholder interactions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases.

Your role will involve collaborating with a technical team to translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensuring successful deployment of sales automation software solutions for top FMCG companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional activities and manage business stakeholder interactions.
  • Collaborate with a technical team to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  • Define functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and estimates for specific developments.
  • Engage the customer on user acceptance strategy, planning, and execution phase.
  • Demonstrate autonomous analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

This role requires a strong theme of analytical work and working as a Business Analyst. You should be comfortable with data manipulation and communication to a non-technical audience. Experience in managing functional workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is also required.
