• Maintaining digital media archives, including photos and videos, to ensure seamless content creation and distribution.
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract new customers and promote products or services.
• Liaising with the internal management team to create and promote engaging blogs, advertisements, and social media content that resonates with the target audience.
• Identifying new demographics or regions for targeted marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
• Using Google Analytics to conduct regular performance reports and optimize marketing strategies for better results.
• Ensuring proficient SEO practices to enhance internet search rankings and improve online visibility.
• Leading keyword research and optimization of content to improve search engine ranking and drive more traffic to the company's website.
• Ensuring all communications and marketing material align with the company's brand standards and values.
• Managing the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
• Monitoring key performance indicators to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Reporting results of marketing campaigns to management teams to inform future strategy and optimization.
• Updating and maintaining the WordPress website regularly to ensure it remains secure, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Diagnosing and resolving ongoing IT problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Providing technical support to employees with basic computer needs, such as setting up new users, managing backup, security, and passwords.
• Carrying out routine maintenance and configuring IT solutions, including implementing new software programs, to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in WordPress website management, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, development, and marketing.
• Excellent designing and marketing skills, demonstrated through a professional portfolio, with a proven record of successful campaigns and projects.
• Proven SEO and SMM experience, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and social media platforms.
• 1-2 years prior experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on driving business growth and improving online presence.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, backlink analysis, and other digital marketing tools.
• Good organizational, planning, and creativity skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Understanding and implementation of best marketing practices for branding and promotions on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress) is highly desirable.
