Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our technical operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering reliable and effective solutions, improving processes, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop systems engineers and I.T technicians
  • Provide expert technical guidance and oversight to ensure seamless system operations
  • Design, implement, and maintain local and wide area network infrastructure
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer systems operations
  • Manage IT technology budget and monitor expenditures
  • Implement and monitor network security at all levels
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the IT field
  • Demonstrated expertise in network and systems technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Urdu
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCP, or MCSE
