Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead our team of systems engineers and I.T technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, and developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Delivery: Provide reliable and effective solutions for all business units, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to increase productivity, improve service quality, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • IT Budget Management: Oversee the development and management of IT technology budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing expenditures.
  • Network Design and Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain the company's local and wide area network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and data security.
  • Network Security: Implement and monitor network security at all levels, protecting against cyber threats and maintaining the integrity of sensitive data.
  • Voice over IP Network Design: Design and maintain Voice over IP networks, ensuring high-quality voice communications and minimal downtime.
  • Internet and Email Systems:
  • IT Support: Provide 24/7 support for IT infrastructure services, including desktop applications, IT security, and telecommunications.
  • Hardware and Software Procurement: Maintain and procure IT hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
Requirements:
  • Call Center Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong background in network and systems management.
  • Certifications: Hold certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCP, or MCSE.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in English and Urdu.
