Job Description

The Lead Educational Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving academic excellence and growth within the educational institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance teaching methodologies, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and ongoing learning among teachers, students, and staff members.
Academic Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a comprehensive school improvement plan based on thorough need analysis and assessment.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of classroom quality through lesson planners and regular observations.
  • Enhance teacher quality through expert training sessions, demo lessons, and constructive feedback.
  • Closely monitor student performance by regularly reviewing assignments and test papers.
  • Coordinate co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, and other important events.
  • Provide on-the-job training for faculty members and conduct term tests and examinations efficiently.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with the local community to promote education awareness and encourage enrollment.
  • Implement effective enrollment strategies to maintain an optimal student population.
  • Manage staff hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR-related tasks effectively.
  • Ensure school discipline, positive character building, and smooth administrative operations.
  • Supervise the administration assistant in managing accounts and other matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of school accounts, ensure timely payments, and manage utility services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor on board-related matters and adhere to TCF policies.
  • Submit reports and documents promptly.
