Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be working as a Sales Representative in Karachi, handling calls, messages, and inquiries from prospective customers via various social media platforms, email, and phone. They must have strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach and proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms.

The role involves proactively converting leads into confirmed bookings or sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Detailed records of inquiries and sales conversions must be maintained for performance tracking and reporting purposes.

We are looking for an individual who can follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and close sales, while also ensuring that community trends, feedback, and sentiment are monitored and reported on to improve customer engagement.

As a key member of our team, you will provide regular updates on sales, lead conversions, and community activity during weekly meetings at the head office. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and CRM tools.
