Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in managing cross-functional projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources. They will also oversee and motivate a cross-functional team, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the improvement of project management processes.

  1. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, program managers, and software architects to ensure the team's objectives are met.
  2. Project Planning: Develop, manage, and execute project plans, including defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources using tailored methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban.
  3. Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  4. Process Improvement: Contribute to the Confiz PMO team, enhancing project management processes, delivery excellence, and leadership quality.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution, with at least 5-8 years of experience in reputable software organizations. Excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge of SCRUM is required, along with proficiency in tools like JIRA and DevOps. Experience in Dynamics365 implementation is a plus.

Requirements:
