Payroll Professional Job

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Professional to manage our company's payroll processes.

  • Manage monthly payroll calculations, including salary, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations by preparing payroll reconciliation reports and supporting audits.
  • Oversee employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and income tax administration in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee information in payroll systems while ensuring confidentiality and precision for changes in salary, employment status, and loan/advance tracking.
  • Collaborate on HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
  • Manage the company's rewards and recognition program ensuring timely and accurate monthly disbursements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll; candidates with at least 2 years of strong relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and a thorough understanding of local payroll regulations and compliance in Pakistan.
  • High level of accuracy in handling data and records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and support employee queries.
