The role of a Digital Marketing Strategist is to craft and implement online campaigns that effectively engage customers and establish a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans
  2. Lead the creation and execution of social media strategies
  3. Maintain and enhance the organisation's website(s) to ensure optimal user experience
  4. Write and optimise high-quality content for various digital platforms
  5. Analyse and track website traffic, providing actionable insights to drive business growth
  6. Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as website bounce rate, dwell time, and conversion rates
  7. Strengthen the website's search engine optimisation (SEO) to increase visibility and credibility
  8. Resolve any online content errors or bugs promptly
  9. Upload engaging video, audio, and podcast content to relevant platforms
  10. Coordinate webinars and webcasts to share knowledge and expertise
  11. Design and manage online banner advertisements and pay-per-click advertising campaigns
  12. Craft compelling copy for email marketing campaigns
  13. Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies and ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of industry developments, particularly in mobile marketing
Job Requirements
