We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our dynamic team in the Solar EPC industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Contact potential clients to discuss their energy needs and requirements and introduce our solar solutions.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert advice on solar energy solutions and address customer questions and concerns.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
About the Role:
This is an entry-level position requiring 1.5-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a Solar EPC company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of solar energy solutions, and proficiency in CRM software and telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and follow up leads generated from all channels of marketing.
* Engage in cold calling to potential customers to introduce our solar solutions.
* Explain the benefits of solar energy and our services clearly and convincingly.
* Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with potential clients.
* Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
* Coordinate with the Sales team for follow-up of enquiries, proposals, deal closing, invoicing, and payment recovery.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the solar industry and our product offerings.
* Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
* Achieve lead targets and contribute to the company's growth.
* Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Follow and diligently execute the sales plan.
