Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations in all dimensions.
  • Project Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Deliverables Management: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate and utilize resources to achieve project goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Measure and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Culture Fit: Align with our core values and culture.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as Master Data Management (MDM), Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Business Intelligence (BI), Database Management Systems (DBMS), Data Modeling, etc.
  • Business Domain Knowledge: Competency in at least one business domain and knowledge in multiple domains, including distribution, sales, Sales Force Automation (SFA), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), finance, manufacturing, etc.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in industries like pharmaceutical, medical sciences, consumer packaged goods, computing, etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead large projects or multiple small projects concurrently, inspiring team members and building a team of A players.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Consultative selling ability, excellent writing, presentation, documentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to create trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills and ability to achieve outstanding results in business, technology, or other areas of interest.
