You are expected to manage: client relationship, scope of work, deliverables, resources, and customer satisfaction.
All these dimensions require good project management, resource management, scope management, communication, technical expertise, and relationship management skills.
You are expected to have a mature level of stated skills.
You are ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the project, account, and the relationship with the customer.
It is highly desirable that you exceed customer expectations in all the five dimensions listed above to produce a WOW customer experience.

Job Specification

  • Are a graduate in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or any related discipline including language and arts with necessary technical training and experience.
  • Fit into our culture, which is represented by our core values.
  • Are familiar with IM enterprise technologies such as MDM, ETL, BI, DBMS, Data Modeling, etc.
  • Are competent in at least one business domain and knowledgeable in a variety of business domains such as distribution, sales, sales order management, SFA, CRM, finance, manufacturing, etc.
  • Are competent in one of the core industries Streebo is involved in such as pharmaceutical, medical sciences, consumer packaged goods, computing, etc.
  • Are capable of leading one large or multiple small projects concurrently by coordinating with technical leads/managers.
  • Have the ability to inspire and create a positive influence on people and build and lead a team of A players, developing them, hiring them, keeping them motivated, and growing them.
  • Have consultative selling ability.
  • Have excellent writing, presentation, documentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Have the ability to create trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Are competent in facilitating in-person, online, and over-the-phone sessions with customers/partners.
  • Have good problem-solving skills.
  • Have achieved outstanding results in business, technology, or other areas of interest including arts and sports.
