Job Title: Senior Sales Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Executive to join our team and help us drive sales growth in Lahore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase electric bike sales in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost electric bike sales in Lahore.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in electric bikes, two-wheelers, or the automotive sector.
  • Strong dealer network knowledge and experience in managing regional sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic business plans.
