As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and setting appointments through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement.
  • Diligently follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maintain customer interest and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and organized customer information.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to the overall sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive impression of our organization.
  • Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Able to handle rejection, remain motivated, and stay positive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, telemarketing tools, and basic computer applications.
