AI Security Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned security expert to lead our efforts in ensuring the delivery of secure software.

This role requires someone who is passionate about security, has an excellent understanding of application security and common vulnerabilities, and can effectively guide development teams in delivering and deploying secure banking solutions.

The job involves staying ahead of the game by identifying and mitigating potential threats to our customers' sensitive data. You will drive the secure SDLC with its tools and processes, ensuring that application security requirements are integrated into product development.

Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in providing guidance to team members and conducting architecture design reviews and source code reviews.

You will be responsible for Architectural Risk Analysis of core products, leading threat modeling activities, and providing training on application security to developers and QA engineers.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • An excellent understanding of application security and common vulnerabilities;
  • A good knowledge of LLMs and AI programming languages like Python;
  • Experience with identifying vulnerabilities in LLMs and generative AI;
  • A strong understanding of DevOps and cloud-native technologies;
  • A proven track record in identifying, triaging, and resolving security issues, including AI-specific threats;
  • Development experience in Python and/or Java, with a good grasp of the SDLC;
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Additional experience that would be beneficial includes:

  • Implementing OWASP ASVS/M-ASVS, OWASP AI Exchange;
  • Implementing SAST, SCA, IAST, RASP tools in the SDLC;
  • Facilitating threat modeling sessions for application and AI systems;
  • Penetration testing for web, mobile, and AI applications, focusing on model vulnerabilities and adversarial attacks;
  • Training developers on application security concepts;
  • Familiarity with regulations like GDPR and PCI-DSS.
