Job Title: Business Development Representative

  • A highly motivated Sales Representative is required to join our team in Rawalpindi.

We are seeking a results-driven professional to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to our sales growth, particularly focusing on our diverse IT services and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new sales leads and opportunities for software development, mobile app development, cloud computing, digital marketing, IT consultancy, web development, network automation services, and ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and effectively demonstrate the features of our comprehensive range of services and ERP Solutions to potential clients.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
  • Coordinate sales efforts closely with marketing and technical teams.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales activities, and prepare regular status reports.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends in IT services and ERP solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 to 24 months of proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or in a similar sales role, preferably within the IT, software, or SAAS industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a demonstrable track record in achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
